Definitions
“Sideways10Up”, “we”, “us” refers to Sideways 10 Up (Pty) Ltd.
“Client”, “you”, refers to any party that engages our services.
“Services” refers to any products, solutions, platforms, or consultations offered by Sideways10Up.

Agreement Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Sideways10Up unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Use of Services
By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for unlawful purposes

Pricing and Payment

• Fees are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
• Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may attract interest and/or service suspension

Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology provided by Sideways10Up remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients may not reproduce or repurpose any material without consent.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business and personal information confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of Liability
Sideways10Up shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Data Protection
We commit to protecting your personal data in line with our Privacy Statement. It is your responsibility to ensure your own users’ data is handled lawfully when using our services.

Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Outstanding fees and deliverables remain payable at termination.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa or any other applicable jurisdiction as agreed with the client.

Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website and deemed accepted if services continue thereafter.
