These terms apply specifically to the use of Sideways10Up’s AI Studio platform.

Description of Service
AI Studio is a cloud-based software platform that allows clients to build, deploy, and manage AI-powered WhatsApp and chat automation solutions.

Access and Usage

• Clients will be provided login credentials to manage their AI Studio environment.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of access credentials.
• Any unauthorised use must be reported to Sideways10Up immediately.

User Data and Security

• All customer data processed through AI Studio is stored securely in South African-based servers (Amazon Web Services, Cape Town region).
• Clients are responsible for their users’ compliance with data privacy regulations.

Availability and Support

• The platform is available 24/7 with a 99.5% uptime target.
• Support is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm SAST via email: info@s10u.co.za

Restrictions

• Clients may not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform without prior written consent.
• Misuse or breach of terms may result in account suspension.

Intellectual Property
All underlying code, workflows, and platform IP remain the exclusive property of Sideways10Up.
